Annual Disclosures  2012

 

1.      The Pine Terrace fiscal year is January 1 to December 31.

3.      Current Assessments – 2012

·        The annual assessment for the year 2012 on improved lots is $6,000 ($500/Month).

·        The annual assessment for the year 2012 on unimproved lots is $2,400 ($200/Month).

·        The annual assessments are payable, monthly, on the 1st day of each month.

·        Annual assessment charges are determined by the Board of Directors at the time the Budget for the next year is approved.

The budget for 2013 will be determined and the annual assessment for the year 2013 will be set by not later than December 31, 2012 .
