SPECIAL MEETING

August 18^th, 2009

Present:

Ed Osborne, Frank Dowis, Mary Osborne, Barbara Smith, Glenene Harris and Mike Cason

 Purpose:

To select Pine Terrace Board Officers to serve for next term, August 2009 thru August 2010.

 Immediately following the HOA Annual Meeting, Ed Osborne requested a few minutes with the members of the Board. After a brief discussion and with the agreement of the members selected, the Board unanimously approved the below named members to serve as listed for the coming year.

  Ed Osborne , President

Frank Dowis , Vice President

Lyndy Holzwarth , Corporate Secretary

Mary Osborne , Treasurer

Barbara Smith , Director-At-Large

Glenene Harris , Director-At-Large

Mike Cason , Director-At-Large

Meeting was adjourned at 5:30 pm.
