Annual Disclosures

 

1.      The Pine Terrace fiscal year is January 1 to December 31.

3.      Current Assessments – 2009

·        The annual assessment for the year 2009 on improved lots is $5,100 ($425/Month), unchanged for nine years.

·        The annual assessment for the year 2009 on unimproved lots is $2,040 ($170/Month), unchanged for nine years.

·        The annual assessments are payable, monthly, on the 1st day of each month.

·        Annual assessment charges are determined by the Board of Directors at the time the Budget for the next year is approved.

·        The budget for 2010 will be determined and the annual assessment for the year 2010 will be set by not later than December 31, 2009 .
